The NTPCG has grown over the last two years to almost 50 members! Listed below are our officers, chairpersons, and their duties. We are fortunate to have so many volunteers who have worked hard to make our guild what it is today.

| President | Diane Foster | Leads meetings, organizes demos, leads organization for retreats, delegates responsibilities like organizing meeting location. |
| Program VP | Sherri Sneed | Runs meetings when President cannot attend, responsible for researching and offering variety of programs to the Guild for the monthly meetings. |
| Workshop VP | Laura Griffin | Responsible for offering a variety of workshops to the Guild - handles all publicity & arrangements for location and instructors. |
| Secretary | Vicki Burk | Records and posts minutes of each meeting of the guild and boards, and executes correspondence at the direction of the President. |
| Treasurer | Ellen Kelsey | Responsible for collecting Guild dues, paying bills, balancing the budget, and handling all of the Guild's funds. |

Librarian |
Mary Vanderwood |
Maintains and builds the guild library, and coordinates and tracks library loans. |
Hospitality |

Coordinates meeting refreshments for guild members and guests. |

Tricia Dewey |
Maintains the NTPCG website. |

Manages fundraising activities, e.g. raffles, etc. |
